The Sassy Doxies, LLC is a Mother-Daughter Trio creating handcrafted goods from wood (signs, key chains, shelf sitters, earrings), sublimation, machine embroidery, silicone bead items, 3D printed items, permanent jewelry, crocheted stuffies and no-sew quilted ornaments. We also offer custom items of all kinds and workshops to create your own masterpiece (even if you aren’t creative).

We are:

Teresa - mom, head crafter. She has a passion for all kinds of crafts which she has passed down to her girls. She currently makes wood crafts and no-sew quilted ornaments. She has been retired from JMU Athletics since 2016. In addition to crafting, she supports her husband Mark, with his auction business (Mark W. Craig Auctions).

Marissa - daughter, mom. She is very creative and can do just about any craft that she sets her mind too. She currently works at Mark Craig Auctions and enjoys homeschooling her beautiful daughter and teaching her all about crafts.  Marissa creates beautiful cakes and has her own business called The Frosted Doxie.

Kaitlyn - daughter, mom-to-be, aunt. She is also very creative and is currently the mastermind behind the permanent jewelry, crocheted stuffies, and the machine embroidery. She has a passion for photography and has her own business, KD Photography.  She currently works for Dupont Community Credit Union and is expecting her first child in February 2026.
